1962 was a great year for Hans J. Wegner tables, and the design
of the dining tables CH334, CH335 and CH336 is another beautiful,
versatile example hereof. The design showcases Wegner's playful
experimentation with different materials and his emphasis on
creating functional objects that could serve multiple needs.
The elliptical tabletop comes in either laminate or solid wood
with a sleek finish; the legs anchor the design with industrial yet
elegant stainless steel.
Available in three different lenghts with optional extension
leaves, CH334 being the smallest of the three tables, the
unobtrusive modern design expands and contracts as needed and is as
well suited to family breakfast and homework hours as to big dinner
parties. Like all Hans J. Wegner dining tables, CH334 functions
equally well as a conference table and can easily be paired with
any of Wegner's dining chairs like the CH88 chair or the CH29 Sawbuck Chair.
